Shipping, Payment, Refunds

SHIPPING
We ship by Commercial/Expedited Canada Post. If you would prefer to use Fedex or UPS, please ask for a quote or provide your account number when ordering.
Our shipping/handling fee of $5.00 still applies to
orders despite using another courier.

Shipping Costs. We help cover the cost of shipping. For every pre tax dollar you purchase we pay 5% (5 cents) towards shipping. For example a $100.00 purchase gives you $5.00 towards your shipping costs. The balance of the shipping costs will be charged to you.

PICK-UPS:  Yes. Only by prearranged appointment.

PAYMENT METHODS
All orders are prepaid before shipping; we have no terms of credit. Payment may be made by:
1. CHEQUE we reserve the right to delay shipment of order until the cheque clears the bank or to refuse cheque as a payment method. Cheques are cashed upon receipt of order. No post-dated cheques.
2. MONEY ORDER
3. CREDIT CARD: VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept Visa combo debit cards as our systems don’t accept these. If your credit card is declined, we will contact you.
*We do not accept Paypal.

TAXES

GST/HST INFORMATION: We are required to collect tax on all taxable items marked with a ‘tx’ & shipping charges. Rates are: BC-12%, ON-13%, NL-13%, NS-15%, NB-13% and the remaining provinces 5% GST only.

Refunds/Returns
All sales are final on products due to several reasons: proper handling and storage, possible tampering, quality, freshness and liability. We have no way of knowing what someone does with the product once it is out of our hands. Therefore we do not accept returns to ensure your safety, and your privilege of getting the freshest and best quality products available.

If you receive the wrong item then please contact us immediately upon delivery and we will further assist you.

Damaged Items
If an item is damaged due to shipping, is incorrect or missing, you must report this at the time of receipt to us. Please keep the packaging and item in case they are required for processing a claim. Photos may be required as well to process damaged shipments. MCPS will not be held responsible for any items that have not been reported within 7 days of receipt of your order from Canada Post, other couriers, or from our pick-up location.
